CONDITIONS
The applicant must invest at least Euro 300.000 in one of the following categories:
Purchase of a house or apartment worth at least Euro 300.000 (plus VAT).
Investment in real estate (other than houses/ apartments), such as offices, shops, hotels, or similar developments – or a combination of these.
Investment in the share capital of a Cyprus company with activities and personnel in Cyprus.
Investment in shares of Cyprus Investment Funds (AIFs, AIFLNPs, RAIFs).
The applicant must demonstrate a secured annual income of at least:
Euro 50.000 (main applicant)
Euro 15.000 (for the spouse)
Euro 10.000 (for each dependent)
This income must originate from abroad (emanating from salaries or wages, pensions, dividends, fixed deposits, rents).
The applicant and spouse must present a Clear Criminal Record from their country of residence (renewed every three (3) years).
